Department of Internal Audit

Department of Internal Audit presents only one structural subdivision that provides controls within the ministry to expose transgressions of official duties of staff members of ministry and other kind of law-breaking facts, supports to avoid them and to direct work according to the law.

Department of Internal Audis is committed to control protecting demands that are defined by staff of ministry system according to Georgian Legislation, regulations of ministry and other normative acts of minister; to introduce annual plan on future implementing inspections to the minister to prove it and to implement official and financial inspection of acting organizations in ministry system; to assess activities of civil servants of ministry system as a result of analyzing obtained data; to draw up report or findings about the results of implemented inspections.

Department is obliged to ensure functioning of "Hot Line" of the Ministry in order to receive different types of information that are actual and interesting for citizens.
