Business sector will support the project of waste management. The decision had done by the private sector representatives, after the meeting with the Deputy Minister of Environmental and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia, Teimuraz Murgulia, who challenged with business and public sector for more engagement.
Sixteen experts of United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) visited Georgia for two weeks. They will implement the third review of environmental efficiency document. The above document preparation is coordinated by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia together with other agencies. The experts had held a meeting with the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia, Elguja Khokrishvili, other relevant governmental departments' representatives, also local and foreign specialists, who are involved in environmental issues.
