Service of Biodiversity Protection

Service of Biodiversity Protection is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of Environment Protection of Georgia.

The competences of Service of Biodiversity Protection are to take part in drawing out state policy in the field of biodiversity protection and management of biological resources and to implement its realization, to organize and coordinate state system of biodiversity monitoring, to determine methods and quotes of obtaining resources in the process of regulating usage of biological resources.
