Service of Permits

Service of Permits is structural subdivision of the Ministry of Environment Protection of Georgia.

The functions of Service of Permits within its competence are as follows: to organize implementing ecological expertise and to carry out the coordination of the activity on this purpose; to check announcements and submitted documents presented by the individual who wants to obtain a permit definite time if they are relevant to the demands determined by Georgian legislation; to get, register and work out documents necessary for issuing permits; to issue certificates of ermits; to take changes in permits; to take part in the process of discussing complaints and suits according to administrative and legislative law together with relevant services; to consult the citizens.
